President & CEO

Glenn Le Blanc

Glenn’s college education was in Horticulture, Viticulture and Aviation. After a few years flying as a commercial pilot, he began his career in the wholesale wine business in late 1979, and in May of 2003 opened Avenue Wines, Inc. During the past 31 years, Glenn has had the opportunity to travel to the wine regions of the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Croatia and Greece, furthering his education and understanding of the unique terroirs and production methods involved in creating the great wines of the world.

Vice President

Donna Le Blanc


Donna Le Blanc, co-founder of Avenue Wines, began working with us full time on April 1, 2005. She came to us after a 27 year stay with Christian's Restaurant where for the last 8 years she served as the restaurants' General Manager. Her time at Christian's gave Donna an opportunity to perfect her management skills in all of the many disciplines involved in running a restaurant. One of a restauranteurs important responsibilities is the development of a great wine list, which Donna built and maintained an award winning list. Donna's vast experience in the industry has made her contributon to our company invaluable.

Office Manager & Sales Representative: Hammond, Ponchatoula, LaPlace

Arielle Le Blanc


Arielle, daughter of Glenn Le Blanc, grew up with wine being an integral part of her life. She has been a part of Avenue Wines since the company's inception in 2003, where she began working in the office as well as developing the Hammond sales market while in college. Upon graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2006 with a degree in Business Management, Arielle took a full time position as Office Manager. She still continues her work as the sales consultant for the Hammond, Ponchatoula and LaPlace territories as well as her duties in the office.

Sales Representative: Baton Rouge, Lafayette

Jeff Morin

Jeff is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Secondary Education—Mathematics. He has worked in the grocery retail business for 15 years, serving as a manager for the last 5 years at Whole Foods Market. Jeff’s passion for wine and spirits started when he became the manager of the wine & cheese specialty department at Whole Foods. After 15 years working in the retail industry, he decided to make a change and sought out a wine consultant position. He began working at Avenue Wines in January of 2011.

Sales Representative: Mandeville, Covington, Slidell

Katie Walther

Katie is a graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in General Studies. She has been in the restaurant industry for over 8 years, serving as manager for the past three. Her interest in wine increased as family members became Executive Chefs at local restaurants, where food and wine pairings became a part of her daily life. After being promoted to the wine buyer at the restaurant she was managing, Katie knew her future was in the wine industry. Upon graduating college, she sought out a wine consultant position and began working for Avenue Wines in April of 2011.

Sales Representative: New Orleans, Shreveport, Monroe, Alexandria

Michael Parks


Michael, a New Orleans native, began his wine experience during college while working in local restaurants and wine shops. After evacuating to California for Hurricane Katrina, Michael found himself in Napa Valley, where he interned for Cakebread Cellars until 2007. At the end of his internship, he took the position as the Sales Manager for Fallbrook Winery, a boutique style winery in Southern California specializing in Rhone style wines. After three years at Fallbrook Winery, Michael decided to move back home to New Orleans, and began working with Avenue Wines in January of 2011.

Sales Representative: New Orleans

Philippe Goudail

Philippe Goudail completed a doctoral dissertation in Economics which focused on biotechnology in North America. While living in France, he had the opportunity to attend several wine seminars organized by the Club Francais du Vin and was an active participant in the Salon of Vignerons Independants. After moving from Morocco to New Orleans in September of 2002, he began working as a wine consultant for a local wine importer. Philippe began his career with Avenue Wines in January of 2007 as a sales consultant for the New Orleans territory, and he reguarly presents seminars on French wines at the Culteral Centers in the area.
